Job summary

Our client in San Luis Obispo, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Efficiency Tech (Stockroom) to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities include verifying inventory levels and production materials before shifts, supporting work order processing and production flow, and organizing materials, assembly kits, and documentation. SAP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior warehouse experience required.
• Experience using MRP systems, ideally SAP.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and MS Office.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Verify inventory levels and production materials before shifts begin
• Support work order processing and production flow
• Must have strong skills in maintaining accurate inventory and data entry records using MRP systems, SAP experience preferred
• Organize materials, assembly kits, and documentation
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Work closely with production and operations teams
