Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Warehouse and Materials Supervisor in California to oversee stockroom, inventory control, receiving, kitting, and material handling in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.

You will lead stockroom staff, ensure ERP/MRP-based inventory accuracy, coordinate with Production Planning and Purchasing, and drive Lean initiatives, 5S, and continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with ESD and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of inventory, warehouse, or materials management experience in electronics manufacturing.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong understanding of PCB assembly, SMT, and material traceability requirements.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and BOM structures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily stockroom operations including receiving, storage, inventory transactions, cycle counts, and material movement.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Coordinate replenishment to prevent production shortages.
• Lead, train, and develop stockroom personnel.
• Develop best practices for inventory management and warehouse efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with ESD, ISO procedures, and safety standards.
