Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Stock/Inventory Associate to maintain inventory records and stockrooms, and to assist replenishment on the sales floor. The role supports the sales team and ensures merchandise is properly ticketed, logged, stored, and easily located for replenishment.

This position requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and involves lifting up to 75–100 lbs, daily stock movement, and occasional floor assistance during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Experience maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Ability to organize stockroom by department and category.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Scan shipment as delivered and ticket stock merchandise.
• Stock merchandise in stockroom or on sales floor and assist during peak times.
