Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials onto pallets, weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Package, crate, wrap, and label materials for shipping.
• Serve as primary contact for shipping activities with customers and internal teams.
• Resolve shipping discrepancies with customers and suppliers in a timely manner.
• Close work orders and record shipping data in the system; print/label containers.
• Prepare domestic and international shipping documentation and reports.
• Work overtime as needed and follow all safety warehouse rules.
• Drive a box van and operate a forklift; maintain valid license.
