Job summary

HOKA Ala Moana is seeking a Stock Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain brand standards, and keep merchandise stocked. You will learn the HOKA Expert Service Program, stay current on products, and engage customers with passion for the brand.

Role requires strong communication, teamwork, and flexibility, with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour for new hires at this location. Prior retail experience is preferred and a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Two years retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.
• Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet the needs of the business.
• Valid State or Federal Identification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model the highest level of customer service possible, as outlined in the HOKA Expert Service Program.
• Prioritize Brand and product knowledge training and share this knowledge in customer interactions.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders.
• Contribute to a team and cooperate to achieve goals.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Respond to problems or difficult situations with professionalism.
• Think critically to solve problems and approach challenges with agility.
