Job summary

HOKA is seeking a Stock Associate at our Ala Moana store in Honolulu. You will create personalized shopping experiences, educate customers about the HOKA Brand and products, and maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist with purchases.

You will engage customers with an energetic attitude, support management with store operations, and ensure inventory is stocked and merchandised per Brand standards. Competitive pay and employee perks accompany this role.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences educating customers about the HOKA Brand and products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and technologies to answer questions accurately.
• Engage with customers and respond to inquiries before they leave the store.
• Operate cash register and handle money accurately.
• Keep stockroom and sales floor clean and organized according to Brand standards.
