Hourly Wage

• Hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location.
• $14 - $27 per hour.

Additional Compensation

Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
