Job Overview

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending the majority of their time in the backroom.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and stock new freight.
• Spend majority of time in the backroom.
• Lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds.
• Operate forklifts, if required.

Pay and Compensation

• Hourly wage: $15 - $28 per hour.
• Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply.

Employment Type & Schedule

• Employment type: Full‑time.
• Available shifts: Opening, Morning, Mid‑Shift, Closing, Overnight.
