Job Overview

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and prepare merchandise for stocking.
• Stock new freight in assigned areas.
• Maintain organization of backroom inventory.
• Lift and move heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds.
• Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery as required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift more than 50 pounds.
• Experience operating heavy machinery (e.g., forklift) preferred.

Compensation

• Hourly wage: $14–$27 per hour.
• Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premia of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
