Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a dedicated Supervisor (full-time) in California to lead a high-performing team on shift. You will guide daily store operations, coach associates, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service focus and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach, train and develop team members.
• Comfort with leading shifts and ensuring safe, organized operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including stocking and sales duties.
• Lead, coach, and develop others.
• Occasionally serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
