Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Supervisor (full-time) to join a high-performing team. You will lead, coach, and develop associates while modeling professional customer service in a busy retail environment.

This role offers an anticipated hourly rate of $18.25, eligible for a monthly bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability coverage, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, sick time, and competitive discounts. Schedule supports 6am–10pm operations.

• Lead, coach, and develop others.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales associate duties, and responsibilities.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Other duties as assigned.
