Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Supervisor (full-time) to join a high performing team in retail. You will be empowered and equipped to lead, serve customers, and uphold a safe, clean store.

Requirements include 18+, 1 year retail leadership, clear communication, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO up to 152 hours, sick time, and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year experience in retail leadership role.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person, e-mail, and telephone.
• Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with IIPP.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays and weekends as necessary to meet the needs of the business.
