Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates; communicating and collaborating with all levels regarding store operations and company direction.
• Drives the financial performance of the store by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses to ensure sales and profit goals.
• Models exceptional customer service standards and supports customer service initiatives and community engagement.
