Job summary

Walmart in Cross Lanes, WV is seeking a Stocking 2 Coach, Non-Complex, Management to lead store teams and drive performance. This role focuses on developing associates, managing operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The position reports to store leadership and carries a strong emphasis on people management, budget oversight, and community engagement in a high-volume retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; supervisory experience with 5+ direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives the financial performance and sales by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates; assigns duties and promotes a sense of belonging.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and Open Door Policy; supports ethics and integrity in all operations.
• Builds high-performing teams; motivates and retains talent, communicating company values and strategic goals.
