Job summary

Walmart Weymouth is seeking a Stocking 1 Coach in a management role responsible for leading store teams, improving customer service, and guiding store operations. You will oversee training, schedule planning, and performance feedback while aligning with company goals and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and training requirements may apply.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete job trainings (Academy, Open Door, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams, train associates, and provide feedback.
• Drive store performance by managing budgets, forecasting, and expenses.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and support community engagement.
• Coordinate merchandising, inventory flow, and store operations.
• Promote belonging and inclusion while recruiting and developing talent.
