Job summary

Walmart in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Stocking 2 Coach, Non-Complex, Management to lead a store team and ensure outstanding customer service. You will oversee staffing, training, merchandising, and store operations, driving sales and ensuring adherence to company standards.

You will partner with leaders to develop action plans, manage budgets, and monitor performance while promoting a culture of belonging and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives the financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and recognition.
