Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company in Missouri is seeking merchandisers to stock Coca-Cola beverage products in retail accounts. Merchandisers ensure that all beverage sections, end caps, racks and displays are filled for customers to purchase our products.

They rotate products to guarantee freshness and quality. Responsibilities include maintaining shelves and displays, organizing backrooms, and coordinating with store personnel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; minimum one year of work experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally eligible to work.
• Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, driving record within policy guidelines.
• Experience using pallet jacks and high loader lifts preferred; powered industrial truck certification may be required.
• Basic computer applications; able to operate a smart phone or laptop.
• Flexibility with work hours; able to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish products in store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers; transport product between backroom and sales floor.
• Build or modify product displays and ensure signage; clean space and secure damaged product.
• Manage backroom inventory; monitor levels and rotate stock using FIFO.
• Process damaged product and re-pack as needed; organize pallets and stock movements.
• Communicate with account manager and team; share recaps and photos after servicing accounts.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and customers.
