Job summary

Nation's Best Holdings is hiring for a warehouse associate in Texas. You will assist customers, load vehicles, and help with deliveries while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include loading, stocking, forklift operation, and ensuring accurate order readiness. You should adapt to varied temperatures and schedules, with weekend/evening shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous construction/building materials experience is helpful but not required.
• Forklift experience (1+ year preferred).
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and co-workers effectively.
• Able to climb, reach, twist and bend; lift/move up to 50 lbs; team lifting or equipment use for heavier items.
• Work in varied temperatures and outdoor conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
• Results-driven with commitment to great service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to work hard as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with great service by helping them find products, offering recommendations and loading purchases into vehicles.
• Check materials to ensure readiness for quick and accurate deliveries.
• Load materials safely and ensure items are packed correctly for transport.
• Keep the yard organized and easy to locate.
• Support deliveries; drive forklifts or company vehicles and unload products.
• Maintain training and learn about products and safety rules.
• Step in to assist with customer service in different areas as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management to help the team run smoothly.
• Follow safety rules and keep the work area clean.
