Job summary

Nation’s Best Texas is hiring for 1 full-time and 1 part-time team member in Kilgore, TX. The role involves helping customers, loading purchases into vehicles, and ensuring safe, accurate deliveries.

The full-time position requires open availability; the part-time role covers 3–4 days per week with interview-based scheduling. You will keep the yard organized, assist with deliveries, and operate forklifts or company vehicles.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with great service by helping them find products and loading purchases into vehicles.
• Check materials to ensure readiness for quick deliveries and pack items safely for transport.
• Keep the yard organized and easy to locate; assist with deliveries and forklift operation.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean work area; participate in inventory checks.
• Assist with various store tasks as needed to keep the team running smoothly.
