Job summary

Higginbotham Brothers in Texas is hiring an entry-level Yard/Warehouse Rep I to receive, stock, ship and count inventory, while safely operating a forklift.

You will perform duties within established safety procedures, stock materials, assist inventory control, and provide excellent customer service to builders and DIY customers. The role includes light lifting, organizing bays, and possibly operating a company vehicle after training.

Qualifications

• Basic math, reading orders, and completing forms.
• Willingness to learn to read a tape measure.
• Effective and professional communication with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work with inventory systems and related apps.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely.
• Assist warehouse staff and supervisor to maintain organized work area.
• Receive incoming products and count materials.
• Stock materials in bins or storage locations.
• Assist inventory control in counting and organizing materials.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers.
• May transport materials using a company vehicle after training.
