Sirna & Sons Produce is a fourth-generation, family-run, wholesale food distributor. Last-minute catering, no problem. Our in-house produce processing facility, Christine’s Cuts, we got you covered. We distribute our fresh arrivals 6 days a week to restaurants, hotels, country clubs, schools, and institutions throughout Ohio, Central Pennsylvania, and Northern West Virginia. Essential Functions:

• Handle and maintain the flow of inventory in the warehouse
• Operate barcode scanner
• Perform basic tag and paperwork functions with high accuracy to ensure integrity of pallet movement and food safety traceability
• Ensure all equipment and work areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and orderly fashion
• Operate standup forklift and electric pallet jack to continuously drop the product into slots for order selectors
• Perform special projects as assigned by the Night Crew Supervisor– Sirna & Sons Produce

Competencies, Education, and Skills to be Successful:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year prior experience safely operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and understands general warehouse operations
• Experience using RF Scanners, WMS
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English to communicate verbally and written
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening skills
• Organized and attention-to-detail skills
• Problem-solving skills

Physical Demands:

• Work in cold and wet cooler conditions as low as zero degrees, for extended periods
• Consistently lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand or sit for long periods of time

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: Sunday - Friday
• Schedule: 8:00 pm – finish

Compensation:

• $17.00/$18.00 hour
