Your Role: As a floor associate you are in charge of all things organizational! This means shelves, backroom storage, beverage station supplies, and all cleaning supplies. While the majority of your work is done with the products we sell, your role does bring you out on the sales floor. So, be prepared to wear a customer service hat as well. Many of our customers are local, and you will see them often! Learning their name and favorite items to purchase personalizes the experience and helps ensure our focus of Superior Super Service. For customers just visiting for a special occasion, your role is key to provide them with a seamless shopping experience allowing them to find groceries and household necessities just like at home. Be ready to be flexible, because the business needs are always changing! Get ready for your role to be fun and fast paced, because we can’t wait to meet you!
