Position Summary

The Stocker will shelve product as it arrives and is received, as well as maintain overstock.

Essential Functions

1. Shelves product as it arrives.
2. Maintains overstock and keeps area organized.
3. Rotates, straightens, pulls forward and organizes products.
4. Assists with carry outs and customer needs.
5. Checks dates of product to ensure freshness.
6. Trains new stockers.
7. Cleans and organizes warehouse space.
8. Takes out trash, recycles, and performs closing duties.
9. Assists with cashier and barista duties as needed.
10. Performs any other duties as assigned.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivated with initiative, able to work independently.
