We are seeking a dedicated Stocker to join our friendly and flexible team environment, where you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service in a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

1. Efficiently stock and face shelves with merchandise.
2. Maintain exceptional customer service standards.
3. Adhere to 'Meet and Greet' policies.
4. Receive and stock new merchandise.
5. Work with back stock to replenish shelves.
6. Adjust and maintain shelf displays, including new items.
7. Assist in building and maintaining displays as directed.
8. Organize and maintain the warehouse.
9. Follow directives for ordering merchandise.
10. Assist other departments, including the front end, as needed.

Company Standards

• Follow all safety guidelines regarding equipment such as power tools, balers, and box cutters.
• Comply with company policies, including dress code and wearing a name tag.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently, with dexterity in both hands.
• Stand and move between various workstations.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull items as needed.
• Use knives and other sharp instruments safely.
• Work on floors that may become slippery, requiring good vision and hearing, and physical agility.
