POSITION SUMMARY:

The Stocker will shelve product as it arrives and is received, as well as maintain overstock.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Shelves product as it arrives.
• Maintains overstock and keeps area organized.
• Rotates, straightens, pulls forward, and organizes products.
• Assists with carry outs and customer needs.
• Checks product dates to ensure freshness.
• Cleans and organizes warehouse space.
• Takes out trash, recycles, and performs closing duties.
• Assists with cashier and barista duties as needed.
• Performs any other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivated with initiative, able to work independently.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to move freely around the workspace.
• Physical activities may include sitting, standing, squatting, kneeling, bending, crawling, and climbing.

Performs tasks under direct supervision with work reviewed by a supervisor. Limited independent judgment and decision-making opportunities.
