Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a customer support role.
• Fluent in English and at least one other language: Filipino, Thai, Vietnamese, or Korean.
• Experience or exposure to the stock trading world is a must.
• Proficient with customer service software and tools.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
