Job summary

Kirkland’s Edwardsville is seeking a Stock Team Member to support freight flow, backroom organization, and salesfloor replenishment. You will help with price changes and ensure merchandise is processed efficiently with urgency.

The role emphasizes organization, energy, and accountability, with shifts requiring early mornings and occasional evenings as part of a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• You can join with no prior experience, though prior stock experience helps.
• Must be energetic, results oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and manuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Must follow company directives, handbook and manuals.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings and off hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Help maintain an efficient and organized stockroom.
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment.
• Support driving profitable sales, protecting company assets and following the Company Handbook.
• Take personal accountability for individual performance.
• Treat customers respectfully on the salesfloor and adhere to dress code.
• Maintain commitment and support for company initiatives.
• Take initiative during shifts to ensure shipments are processed promptly.
• Report to shift with a professional, positive, can-do attitude.
• Demonstrate alignment with Kirkland’s Home Values.
