Dufry Careers in Tulsa is seeking a Stock Shift Manager to oversee stock operations and lead a dedicated team on assigned shifts. You will ensure accurate receiving, replenishment, and adherence to safety standards while coordinating with store teams.

You will use RMS/WMS/ERP systems to track stock, manage cycle counts, and report variances. The role requires strong leadership, inventory control, and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in stock operations or inventory roles.
• 2+ years in a shift lead or supervisory role in retail/warehouse.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience with RMS/WMS/ERP; SAP is a plus.
• Knowledge of FIFO, labeling standards, and loss prevention.
• PIT/MHE certification preferred.
• Safety training (PPE, ergonomics, ladder safety) preferred.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise stock associates during assigned shifts and assign tasks.
• Ensure adherence to opening/closing checklists and stockroom standards.
• Coordinate incoming freight and processing deliveries; report shortages/damages.
• Manage replenishment to maintain in-stock levels and prioritize restocking by planogram/merchandising standards.
• Oversee returns, damaged, and outdated goods for vendor credit.
• Use RMS/WMS/ERP to track stock levels and support counts.
• Maintain clean, safe stock areas and PPE/OSHA compliance.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and reinforce SOPs and safety.
• Share shift KPI updates with management.
