Job summary

Avolta at Tulsa International Airport is seeking a Stock Shift Manager to oversee stock operations and lead a dedicated team during shifts. You will ensure timely receiving, accurate replenishment, and compliance with safety and operational standards.

You will utilize RMS/WMS/ERP systems to track inventory, coordinate freight, and maintain audit-ready records while coaching staff and enforcing SOPs. Flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to support

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in stock operations, inventory, or warehouse functions.
• 2+ years in a shift lead or supervisory role in retail or warehouse settings.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Business or Supply Chain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise stock associates during assigned shifts; assign tasks and ensure timely receiving, stocking, and inventory procedures.
• Ensure adherence to opening/closing checklists, stockroom standards, and asset protection; conduct shift inspections for organization and safety.
• Coordinate incoming freight, receiving, counting, and processing deliveries; document shortages, overages, and damages within required timeframes.
• Manage sales floor replenishment to maintain in-stock levels and collaborate with sales teams to prioritize restocking by need and planogram standards.
• Oversee processing of returns, damaged, and outdated goods for vendor credit; maintain documentation and timeliness.
• Use RMS/WMS/ERP to track stock levels, process orders, and maintain records; assist with cycle counts and annual inventory.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe stock areas; ensure PPE/OSHA compliance and proper equipment use.
• Provide on-the-job coaching; reinforce SOPs and safety practices; offer real-time feedback and cross-training support.
• Share shift updates on KPIs with management and drive process improvements.
