Job summary

Hudson Group at Dulles International Airport seeks an experienced Stock Manager to supervise stock operations, lead a team of stock associates, and ensure accurate receiving, replenishment, and inventory control to support store performance.

The role requires supervisory experience in retail stock/warehouse, knowledge of RMS/WMS/ERP systems, and strong familiarity with SAP and Excel. It is a full-time on-site role with opportunities for growth and an emphasis on safety and asset protection.

Qualifications

Must have valid driver's license.
3+ years combined experience in stock operations, inventory, or warehouse functions.
2+ years of shift lead or supervisory experience in stockroom or warehouse environments.
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise stock associates during shifts, assign tasks and priorities.
Ensure adherence to opening/closing checklists and asset protection protocols.
Coordinate incoming freight, receiving, counting, and reporting shortages/damages.
Manage floor replenishment to maintain in-stock levels and coordinate with sales teams.
Oversee processing of returns, damaged, and outdated goods for vendor credit.
Use RMS/WMS/ERP to track stock levels, process orders, and maintain records.
Maintain clean, safe stock areas and ensure PPE/OSHA compliance.
Provide on-the-job coaching and share KPI updates with management.
