Job summary

DDS DISCOUNTS in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Stock Room Lead for a full-time role with an early morning shift starting at 6:30am and requiring Saturday availability. This role focuses on supervising the stock room, ensuring accurate stock processing, and supporting store operations to meet daily targets.

Ideal candidates will communicate effectively with customers and associates, perform basic retail math, and be able to stand and move freely throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• In partnership with the Manager On Duty supervise the stock room team ensuring all stock room and shipment processes are followed and executed properly.
• Managers the STEP process – Coaches key principles in the stock room (layout, unload, purification, processing).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: STOCK ROOM LEAD (Full Time)

(Must have early morning 6:30am - 4pm day shift availability) / Must have Saturday availability). Previous retail experience a plus. Must be 18 years or older.

This is a Full Time Position.

Qualifications And Special Skills Required

Physical Requirements/Ada

• Ability to use all Store equipment, including PDTs, registers and PC as required.
• Ability to spend up to 100% of working time standing, walking, and moving around the Store.
• Ability to regularly bend at the waist, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop.
• Ability to occasionally push, pull and lift more than 25 pounds.
• Ability to use janitorial equipment, rolling racks, ladders and other assigned supplies.
• Certain assignments may require other qualifications and skills.
• Associates who work Stockroom shifts: Ability to regularly push, pull and lift more than 20 pounds.

Supervisory Responsibilities
