Jacques Marie Mage in Los Angeles is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Stockroom Clerk to support inventory and stockroom operations at our Los Angeles warehouse. The role requires accuracy in data entry and a proactive approach to keeping items organized in a fast-paced setting.

You will record inventory in NetSuite, work with the SnapFulfil warehouse system, label stock, perform cycle counts, and assemble orders.

Formación

• Proficient with basic computer systems used to track and manage inventory.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar inventory software.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Proficient in English, both speaking and writing.
• Experience with Gmail and email etiquette; intermediate Excel & Word skills.

• Cycle Counts: Perform daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual cycle counts as needed.
• Stocking: Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms or storage areas.
• Order Assembly: Assemble orders from stock, place them in boxes or bins, and relocate orders to the designated department.
• Item Retrieval: Follow instructions carefully when retrieving specific items from the stockroom.

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stockroom Clerk to support inventory and stockroom operations at our Los Angeles warehouse. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is proficient with the basic computer systems used to track and manage inventory.

Key Requirements

• Familiarity with computers and basic proficiency navigating inventory software (NetSuite experience a plus).
• Physically able to complete required tasks such as walking, lifting, bending, and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Must be proficient in English, both speaking and writing.
• Familiar with Gmail and proper email etiquette; knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Word, with intermediate computer skills.
