Job summary

Kirkland's is seeking a Stock Team Member to support freight flow, backroom organization, and salesfloor replenishment with a strong sense of urgency and accuracy. You will assist with the receipt of merchandise, maintain an organized stockroom, execute markdowns, and ensure timely replenishment and price changes while upholding Kirkland's Home Values.

You will report to the shift with a professional, positive can-do attitude and support store initiatives.

Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to read and interpret company directives, Handbook and Manuals.
• Ability to work a schedule to meet store needs (early mornings and off hours).
• Ability to lift/move 45 pounds or more, climb ladders, and handle bulky merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain an efficient and organized stockroom.
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment.
• Provide support for driving profitable sales and protecting company assets.
• Take personal accountability for individual performance.
• Treat customers with respect on the salesfloor and adhere to dress code.
• Support company initiatives and demonstrate commitment to Kirkland's Home Values.
• Take initiative to ensure shipments are processed promptly.
• Report to shifts with a professional, positive attitude.
