Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results-oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating procedures and manuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to read and interpret company directives, handbook and manuals.
• Willingness to work early mornings and off-hours to meet store needs.
• Ability to lift and move 45+ pounds regularly.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Ability to lift and move bulky merchandise regularly.
• Ability to stoop, bend, climb and lift to stock and retrieve merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain an efficient and organized stockroom.
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment.
• Support driving profitable sales and protecting company assets.
• Take personal accountability for individual performance.
• Treat customers with respect on the salesfloor and adhere to dress code.
• Support company initiatives and demonstrate commitment.
• Take initiative to ensure shipments are processed promptly.
• Report to shifts with a positive attitude.
