Job summary

Kirkland's, Inc. is hiring a Stock Team Member in Florida to assist with freight flow, backroom organization, salesfloor replenishment and price changes.

The role requires high organization and urgency, with shifts that may include weekends, holidays, and evenings. You will support stock reception and markdowns, maintain an orderly stockroom, and help execute price changes while upholding Kirkland's Home Values.

Qualifications

• No experience is required; stock experience is preferred.
• Demonstrates energy, results orientation and a drive to succeed.
• Reads and interprets safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and manuals.
• Communicates effectively in written and spoken form.
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Follows company directives, handbook and manuals.
• Maintains flexibility to meet business needs and shifts.
• Capable of lifting 45 pounds or more regularly.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and handling bulky merchandise.
• Stooping, bending, climbing and lifting as part of stock duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving merchandise safely and efficiently.
• Keep stockroom organized and stocked for the salesfloor.
• Support in assembling products, markdowns and replenishment.
• Help drive profitable sales while protecting company assets.
