Kirkland's Home is seeking a Stock Team Member to support freight flow, backroom organization, and salesfloor replenishment. The role requires initiative, reliability, and a willingness to handle price changes and stock duties.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer‑focused, and able to work weekends. No prior experience is required, but stock experience is a plus and physical tasks such as lifting 45 pounds are expected.

Qualifications

• No experience required, stock experience preferred
• Energetic, results oriented with a drive to succeed
• Able to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Able to work weekends, holidays and evenings
• Able to lift and move 45 pounds regularly
• Able to climb ladders and stock merchandise as needed

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner
• Maintain an organized stockroom
• Assist in stock replenishment and price changes on the sales floor
• Support driving profitable sales and safeguard company assets
• Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude during shifts
• Follow dress code and uphold brand standards
• Take initiative to ensure shipments are processed promptly
• Report for shift with a proactive, can-do mindset
• Support Kirkland's Home values in daily tasks
