Job summary

Kirkland's is seeking a Stock Team Member to assist with freight flow, backroom organization, salesfloor replenishment, and price changes. This role requires a high level of organization and a sense of urgency.

No experience is required; stock experience is preferred. Flexible shifts including weekends/evenings may be required, with the ability to lift and move heavy merchandise and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and manuals.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner
• Assist in maintaining an efficient and organized stockroom
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment
• Provide support for driving profitable sales, protecting company assets and support of the Company Handbook during shifts
• Take personal accountability for individual performance
• When entering the salesfloor, treat customers with respect and professionalism; adhere to dress code
• Maintain high commitment and support for company initiatives
• Take initiative during every shift to ensure shipment is processed promptly
• Report to shift with a professional, positive, can-do attitude
• Demonstrate a commitment to Kirkland's Home Values
