Kirkland's Home is seeking a Stock Team Member to support freight flow, backroom organization, stock replenishment, and price changes. This role requires strong organization and urgency to keep stock flowing smoothly.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, maintaining the stockroom, and assisting with markdowns and salesfloor replenishment. Willingness to work weekends and lift up to 45 lbs is essential.

Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to read and interpret company directives, Handbook and Manuals.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to lift and move 45 pounds or more regularly.
• Ability to climb ladders and stock merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving merchandise safely and efficiently.
• Keep stockroom organized and maintain inventory.
• Assist with product assembly, markdowns and salesfloor replenishment.
• Support driving profitable sales and protect company assets.
• Provide courteous customer service and uphold brand dress code.
