Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Stock Plan Project Operations Manager within Change, Analytics & Strategy to drive operating and technology strategies, manage transformation initiatives, and lead Agile fleet activities for the Stock Plan business. You will collaborate with the Morgan Stanley At Work Operations Change the Bank team to deliver impactful business outcomes.

The role emphasizes front-to-back knowledge of Stock Plan processes, data analysis, risk remediation, and the use of automation/AI

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project experience in Wealth Management or related field.
• Subject matter expertise in Stock Plan operations and back-to-front processes.
• Experience designing and validating UAT strategies and test plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex Stock Plan projects and improve operations effectiveness.
• Lead front-to-back knowledge transfers and analytics, with risk remediation.
• Develop UAT plans, test cases, and validation with business users.
• Coordinate work, train team members, and track change control milestones.
• Build relationships with partners and internal/external stakeholders.
• Leverage automation and AI tools to drive day-to-day efficiency.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans with ownership and clear roles.
• Produce program status reports for senior management and portfolio reviews.
• Provide transparency on issues and risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop KPIs and metrics for leadership review.
• Lead by example, work independently and with high activity levels.
