Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Stock Plan Project Operations Manager, a Team Specialist at Director P3 level in Change, Analytics & Strategy, to lead operating and technology strategies and major transformation initiatives for the Stock Plan business.

You will manage complex processes, drive data analysis, design UAT strategies, and build KPIs for senior management, partnering across the firm to deliver efficient operations and innovations using automation and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex projects in financial services or wealth management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven decision making.
• Experience translating strategy into actionable plans with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex processes and project efforts within Stock Plan operations.
• Serve as subject matter expert on Stock Plan processes and platforms; conduct data analysis and risk remediation.
• Design and develop UAT strategies, test plans, and test cases with business users.
• Coordinate work, train team members, and track change control milestones across multiple projects.
• Build relationships with business units and internal/external partners to drive initiatives.
