Job summary

Summit Staffing, Inc. is hiring a Forklift Operator – Stock Picker in Romeoville, IL. The role offers multiple shifts with peak pay of $21.50–$23.50 per hour, plus an additional weekly attendance bonus. Overtime applies at 1.5x and base pay after peak ranges from $19.00–$21.00 per hour.

You will operate a stock picker to pick and store products, meet accuracy targets, and follow safety procedures. Requirements include 1 year of stock picker experience and background check.

• Site equipment certification provided (may take a few days before operating).
• Background check and drug test required.
• No cell phones or headphones on the floor; clear water bottles only.

Forklift Operator – Stock Picker | Romeoville, IL | Pick your shift

Peak pay:$21.50–$23.50/hr depending on shift (includes $2.50/hr peak premium through 12/20/26). Paid weekly.

Shifts:

• 1st: Tue–Fri, 5:00am–3:30pm, $21.50/hr
• 2nd: Mon–Thu, 4:00pm–2:30am, $22.50/hr
• Weekend days: Sat–Mon, 5:00am–5:00pm, $23.50/hr
• Weekend nights: Fri–Sun, 5:00pm–5:00am, $23.50/hr

Peak hours: Every shift is working 6 days a week right now, with overtime paid at 1.5x. That means overtime hours every week through peak. Base pay after peak: $19.00–$21.00/hr by shift.

Breaks: Two paid 10-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch every shift, plus an extra paid break on 12-hour shifts.

Start days: 1st shift Tue or Thu. 2nd shift Mon or Wed. Weekend days Sat. Weekend nights train on 2nd shift or weekend days first.

Peak bonuses:

• +$100 every week you work every scheduled shift, on time
• Up to $1,000 at season end based on attendance
