Job summary

Summit Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Personalization in Romeoville, IL. The role supports embroidery and engraving operations, prepping items, inspecting quality, and staging items for production lines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items for embroidery and engraving according to the daily production schedule.
• Inspect textiles, glass, wood and metal items for quality before they are customized.
• Clean and prep surfaces so embroidery and engraving come out right.
• Label, organize and stage items for the right production line or machine.
• Help operators load and unload items from embroidery and engraving machines.
• Handle delicate and high-value items with care.

Job description

Warehouse Associate – Personalization | Romeoville, IL | Pick your shift

Peak pay: $19.50–$21.50/hr depending on shift (includes $2.50/hr peak premium through 12/20/26). Paid weekly.

Shifts:

• 1st shift: $19.50/hr


• 2nd shift: $20.50/hr


• Weekend days: $21.50/hr


• Weekend nights: $21.50/hr

Peak hours: Every shift is working 6 days a week right now, with overtime paid at 1.5x. That means overtime hours every week through peak. Base pay after peak: $17.00–$19.00/hr by shift.

Breaks: Two paid 10-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch every shift, plus an extra paid break on 12-hour shifts.

Start days: 1st shift Tue or Thu. 2nd shift Mon or Wed. Weekend days Sat. Weekend nights train on 2nd shift or weekend days first.

Peak bonuses:

• +$100 every week you work every scheduled shift, on time


• Up to $1,000 at season end based on attendance
