Job summary

Avolta (including Dufry, HMSHost, Hudson) invites applications for a Stock Hourly Manager at an airport location. You will supervise stock teams, coordinate receiving, stocking, and inventory controls while ensuring safety and asset protection.

The role requires leadership, strong organization, and timely coaching across shifts. Experience in stock operations and knowledge of inventory systems are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree counts toward the three‑year requirement.
• 3–4 years of stock operations, inventory management, or warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and safety/asset protection protocols.

Responsibilities

• Supervises stock associates during shifts to ensure receiving, stocking, and inventory procedures.
• Ensures safety procedures and asset protection compliance across shifts.
• Coordinates inbound freight, reports shortages and damaged goods with documentation.
• Assigns tasks to stock team and coaches staff to maintain standards.
• Maintains stock replenishment and coordinates with sales staff to avoid stockouts.
• Manages returns, damaged goods, and vendor credits with proper records.
• Uses inventory systems to track levels, process orders, and perform cycle counts.
