Job summary

Dufry is seeking a Stock Hourly Manager at LAX International Airport to oversee inventory operations during shifts and support store functions. You will supervise stock personnel, ensure proper receiving and stocking, and maintain safe working conditions while aligning with company standards.

The role requires 3–4 years in stock operations, 1 year of supervisory experience, and strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years combined education and professional experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in stock or warehouse operations.
• 3–4 years of experience in stock operations or inventory management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree may count toward the 3-year requirement.

Responsibilities

• Supervises stock associates during shifts to ensure proper receiving, stocking, and inventory procedures.
• Ensures safety procedures and asset protection compliance during operations.
• Coordinates inbound freight, reports shortages/damages, and maintains documentation.
• Assigns tasks based on needs and coaches staff on stocking procedures and standards.
• Manages replenishment to maintain adequate inventory and coordinates with sales staff on out-of-stock items.
• Oversees returns, damaged goods, and vendor credits with proper documentation.
