Hudson Group at Chicago O'Hare International Airport is seeking a Stock Hourly Manager to supervise stock operations during assigned shifts and ensure efficient inventory management on the sales floor.

The role focuses on receiving, stocking, cycle counts, safety compliance, and collaboration with management to optimize stock performance and store operations. Flexible shifts and a warehouse/retail environment are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree counts toward experience.
• 3–4 years of stock operations/warehouse experience preferred.
• 1 year supervisory experience in stock or warehouse operations preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and safety regulations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises stock associates during shifts to ensure proper receiving, stocking, and inventory procedures.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures and safety protocols are followed.
• Coordinates incoming freight; reports shortages, overages, and damaged goods.
• Assigns tasks, provides coaching, and ensures proper stocking procedures.
• Manages replenishment to maintain inventory levels and supports sales staff.
