Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is hiring a Stock Associate to organize inventory, merchandise items, and maintain a safe stock area. You’ll work with the Stock Lead to ensure customers find the products they want when they want them, while supporting a dynamic team and brand image.

You will replenish stock on the sales floor, greet customers, share product knowledge, and follow all stock processes to deter theft and ensure accuracy in counts and locations.

Qualifications

• One (1) to (2) years of retail store management preferred.
• High School Diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
• Excellent team-building skills
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, count, and distribute products and material to meet the needs of the store.
• Receive and verify shipments; handle discrepancies to keep inventory counts accurate.
• Assist in assembling, packing, and shipping transfers between retail locations or distribution centers.
• Maintain a neat, orderly stock room and promote safety and security measures.
• Replenish and display products on the sales floor; greet customers and answer questions with product knowledge.
• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and uphold brand standards.
