Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is hiring a Seasonal Stock Associate to manage stock, receive shipments, and merchandise products in our store. You will support stock leads, maintain organized stock areas, and help customers with product knowledge on the shop floor.

You will promote Deckers Brands’ image, adhere to policies, and help ensure on-time store operations during peak seasons. A flexible schedule and team-oriented environment are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail stock experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, count, and distribute products and materials.
• Receive and verify shipments and address discrepancies to keep counts accurate.
• Assist with replenishment and display per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and promote product knowledge on the sales floor.
• Report to Store Manager and follow stock processes and safety policies.
