Job summary

Deckers Brands' UGG division seeks a dedicated Stock Associate to organize inventory, receive shipments, and maintain a neat stock room. You’ll support the Stock Lead, ensure product availability, and assist on the sales floor with merchandising and customer interactions.

You will help replenish displays, follow safety policies, and participate in a team-driven environment focused on delivering excellent shopping experiences at Deckers Brands.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, count, and distribute products to meet store needs.
• Verify shipments and handle discrepancies to keep inventory counts accurate.
• Help replenish and display product on the sales floor per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product knowledge to drive sales.
