Job summary

Karl Lagerfeld Paris at G-III Retail Group is seeking a Stock Associate to help keep the store organized, replenished, and ready for business in Gilroy, CA. You will receive and process merchandise, maintain the stockroom, replenish the floor, and support inventory accuracy to ensure products are available and presented according to brand standards.

You will succeed if you are organized, collaborative, accountable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One to two year's related experience in inventory or retail work preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and stand on concrete floors during scheduled shifts of 8 to 10 hours.
• Ability to push, pull, reach, bend and twist through the shift, working at varying heights.
• Must be able to read, count and write to accurately complete documentation, utilize training tools and process inventory.
• Basic math skills (counting, adding, and multiplying).
• Will be required to pass certification testing prior to operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, process, and organize incoming merchandise.
• Prepare and process inventory for outgoing shipments and transfers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom.
• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor accurately and efficiently.
• Support visual presentation and merchandising standards when placing or restocking products.
• Assist with inventory counts and identify merchandise that needs to be replenished or reordered.
• Apply security sensors and follow all merchandise-handling, loss-prevention, and safety procedures.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the company’s operational policies and procedures.
• Communicate clearly with store leadership and team members.
• Manage time effectively and adjust priorities based on the needs of the business.
• Follow direction from members of the store leadership team and support additional operational needs as assigned.
