Job summary

Susquehanna International is seeking a Stock Loan / Equity Finance Operations Analyst to oversee daily operational support for the securities lending business. You will manage transaction processing, settlement, collateral management, and reconciliations while resolving complex exceptions and mitigating risk.

The role requires collaboration with the trading desk, counterparties, custodians, and technology teams to ensure accurate processing and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in stock loan or securities lending operations.
• Knowledge of securities lending lifecycle: settlement, collateral, billing.
• Proven ability to resolve complex operational issues independently.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily processing of stock loan and borrow transactions.
• Monitor settlement through DTCC; resolve failed trades.
• Reconcile positions, cash, collateral across systems.
• Perform daily P&L reconciliation and reporting.
• Review marks to market; manage margin calls and collateral movements.
• Investigate reconciliation breaks and processing errors.
• Review stock loan fees, rebates, and accruals; reconcile monthly billing.
• Monitor corporate actions; coordinate recalls and dividends.
• Support OCC Market Loan activity as applicable.
• Serve as primary operations contact for trading desk.
• Identify operational risks and strengthen controls.
• Collaborate with tech teams to resolve system issues.
• Maintain procedures; support audits; drive improvements.
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
